Ingredients
1whole chicken
1bagfrozen Seasoned Blend
1bagfrozen diced onions
1canwhole kernel corndrained
1canFrench cut green beansdrained
3canstomato sauce
1candiced tomatoes15 oz
1can Rotel tomatoes
5-6baking potatoesdiced
5carrotssliced
2tbspsalt
1tbsppepper
1tspparsley
1tspgarlic powder
1tspchives
1tbspbasil
4tbspWorcestershire sauce
hot sauce to taste
Instructions
Submerge chicken in 20 ounces of water. Cover with seasoned blend and onions.
Cook for 2 hours until tender. After it cools, de-bone using the parts of the chicken you like and shred.
Return to pot with remaining water from cooking the chicken.
Add rest of ingredients.
Cook for an hour to an hour and a half until potatoes and carrots are tender.
Top with favorite toppings such as tortilla strips, avocado, sour cream, salsa or tortilla chips.
